The Telangana agitation has been showing some action the past few days and whether it is genuine or not, there are those smart people who want to cash in on the opportunity. Just like few years back, yet again the real estate people are said to be resurfacing, this time in the Andhra region.

Reports have been arriving that the Andhra realtors have begun the campaign and renewed the Telangana issue, for more money. It seems that prices are being hyped claiming that Telangana is confirmed and it will come in few days. A frenzy of sorts is said to be created by the realtors there.

Though some seem to be taking it seriously, given the hour of recession, not many are said to be venturing out. Also, there are those who say that the entire Telangana thing is an eye wash and are confident that Andhra Pradesh cannot be split because of few greedy politicians and their vested interests.
