Pan Card Making Fool of Hyderabad Police?

The presence of a strong, honest and tough police force often brings confidence to the people of that city and makes them appreciate the cops but right now things look quite different in Hyderabad. The much acclaimed Hyderabad police department seems to have not just a good rate of corrupted officers but also a fair share of entertainers.

Well, it is heard that the constables and home-guards have become the cause for many people to laugh. Apparently, they are the chaps who tend to stop hapless bikers and car drivers to flick some money in the name of documents. However, there are those smart drivers who are toppling the cops with their act.

It is heard that the cops are leaving the traffic trespassers on showing PAN card. Well, they are thinking the person is from Income Tax department and letting go out of fear (PAN card shows the heading 'Income Tax Department' with the photo of the person) . As such, the constables, home-guards don’t come under the PAN category so they are not having much knowledge about it. As a result, they are being taken for a ride for their ignorance and this has become the cause for many to crack jokes.
